Installation – Setup

  • Charging the device The device comes with a USB cord and adapter for charging the device.

    1. Insert the micro-USB connector at one of the charging cable into the micro-USB charging port of the device and connect the USB end of the cable to the charger.
    2. Connect the charger to a power socket as shown in the picture above.
    3. The Status indicator will glow ‘Red’.
    4. Once the battery is fully charged, the indicator will turn into Green.
    5. Also, the indicator will keep glowing as long as the device is plugged into the power socket.

    The device comes pre-activated on the cellular network, so all you need to do is to charge the device and it latches on to the cellular network automatically.

  • On installing the application, you will be asked to login to the application. Please use your username/password provided by Support team. 

    Note: Please type the credentials do not copy paste the login credentials.

    In case, you have any issues in logging in please contact support@nimblepet.app. We will check and get back to you with a solution at the earliest.

    Note:  All pet monitoring devices come pre-activated on cellular network at the time of shipping. In case, your device shows activation error or if you have deactivated your account temporarily please Reactivate your subscription or contact support@nimblepet.appfor reactivating the device.

Billing & Subscription

Using the App

    • Open the app (Home screen)
    • Below the last reported temperature, the current “Minimum Temperature” will be displayed.
    • Click the Edit button ”pencil-edit-button “next to Minimum Temperature.
    • Scroll to set the temperature you want to set and click ‘Save’ button to update the minimum temperature.

    • Open the app (Home screen)
    • Below the last reported temperature, the current ‘Maximum Temperature’ will be displayed.
    • Click the Edit button ”pencil-edit-button “next to Maximum Temperature.
    • Scroll to set the temperature you want to set and click ‘Save’ button to update the Maximum Temperature.

    • Go to Settings “setting icons“ screen in the application.
    • Under Alert Settings option click ‘Low Battery’
    • Choose the ‘Low Battery’ alert percentage from the scroll bar.
    • Click ‘Save.

    • How to Set/change the alert frequency?.
    • Go to Settings “ setting icons “screen in the application.
    • Click ‘Alert Frequency’ under ‘Mobile Number’.
    • Choose the alert frequency from the scroll bar.
    • Click ‘Save’
    • You can also choose between day, hours or minutes from the left side dropdown menu

    • Go to Settings “ setting icons “screen in the application.
    • Click ‘Alert Frequency’ under ‘Mobile Number’.
    • Choose the alert frequency from the scroll bar.
    • Click ‘Save’
    • You can also choose between day, hours or minutes from the left side dropdown menu

    • Go to Settings “ setting icons “screen in the application.
    • Tap the Settings “ setting icons “option.
    • Click the “Email” option under Alert.
    • To edit an existing E-mail address, click on the email and edit it
    • Click “Done” to save the updated email address
    • Note: We pre-configure the alerts to the Email given at the time of order placement

    • Tap the Settings “ setting icons “option in your mobile app.
    • Click the “Email” option under Alerts.
    • To add a new E-mail address, click Add Email button
    • Add the new email address in the email field
    • Click Done to save the newly added email address

    • Tap the Settings “ setting icons “option in your mobile app.
    • Click the “Mobile Number” option under Alert.
    • To edit an existing Mobile number, click on the mobile number to edit it
    • Click Done to save the edited mobile number

    • Tap the Settings “ setting icons “option in your mobile app
    • Click the “Mobile Number” option under Alert
    • To add a new Mobile number, click Add Mobile button
    • Add the new Mobile number in the mobile field
    • Click Done to save the newly added mobile number

    • Tap the Settings “ setting icons “option in your mobile app
    • Click the “Mobile Number” option under Alert.
    • To remove an existing mobile number, click close button in the mobile number
    • The mobile number will be removed
    • Click Done to save the updated settings

    • Tap the Settings “ setting icons “option in your mobile app
    • Scroll down to “Enable All Alerts” 
    • Toggle the button to the right to enable alerts / left to disable alerts
    • Click “Ok” on the pop-up 

    • Tap the Settings “ setting icons “option in your mobile app
    • Scroll down to “On Battery Alert” 
    • Toggle the button to the right to enable alerts / left to disable alerts
    • Click “Ok” on the pop-up

    • Tap the Settings “ setting icons “option in your mobile app
    • Scroll down to “Battery alert ” 
    • Toggle the button to the right to enable alerts / left to disable alerts
    • Click “Ok” on the pop-up

    • Tap the Settings “ setting icons “option in your mobile app
    • Scroll down to “Network Alert” 
    • Toggle the button to the right to enable network alert / left to disable network alert
    • Click “Ok” on the pop-up 

    • Tap the Settings “ setting icons “option in your mobile app
    • Scroll down to “Temperature alert” 
    • Toggle the button to the right to enable alerts / left to disable alerts
    • Click “Ok” on the pop-up

    • Tap the Settings “ setting icons “option in your mobile app
    • Under Account “Temperature Unit” 
    • Toggle the button to o C or F to choose Celsius or Fahrenheit respectively
    • Click “Ok” to accept the change

    • Open the app (Home screen)
    • Bottom menu > “Account” will be displayed.
    • Click > Pet’s image on top .
    •  ”pencil-edit-button “Edit the profile and picture as needed.

    • Open the app (Home screen)
    • Humidity – Left side
    • Temperature – Top 
    • Heat Index – Right side

  • Blue – Temperature is below the set point
    Green – Temperature is within the set range

  • No, this is not possible at present. You cannot add/link your existing cellular account with Nimble Pet App subscription. RV Pet monitors come with a pre-activated data plan which cannot be changed.
